From photo to colouring page
Every illustration starts with the real Mio. The striped forehead, cheek tufts and enormous tail are all kept in each drawing, so kids can spot Mio on every page. The line-art version wears a little neckerchief with a crown, a nod to Stockholm's royal palace.
Mio's adventures
Book 1 follows Mio around Stockholm: through Gamla Stan, out to the archipelago, down into the metro and into a cosy café for fika. More cities and countries are on the way.
