Book FAQ
How many pages does the book have?
64 pages: 28 full-page Stockholm scenes to colour, plus a 'meet Mio' page, a map page, a colour-testing page and blank backs behind every picture.
What size is the book?
It is a paperback, 8.5 × 11 inches (21.6 × 27.9 cm), slightly larger than A4 in height, so there is lots of room to colour.
Which pens and pencils work best?
Crayons, coloured pencils and washable markers all work. Because every picture has a blank back, felt-tips are fine too. Slip a piece of paper behind the page for extra-juicy markers.
Is there text in Swedish?
The picture pages have no text, so any child can enjoy them. The few intro pages are in English. A Swedish edition is planned.
Is it a good souvenir from Stockholm?
Yes. It is light, flat and shows the places families visit most, such as Gamla Stan, the Royal Palace, the Vasa Museum, Djurgården and the archipelago.
